Andrew Miller was born in one of five Blue Zones across the world, Loma Linda, California, a part of SoCal where you can surf, skateboard and snowboard all in the same day. He was influenced by his artistic Mother and picked up an interest in photography early. By 10th grade after taking a film/darkroom class, his love for the art of photography grew . Naturally, he started shooting what he loved, snowboarding. He began taking photos of his friends with disposable cameras on the sunny slopes of Snow Summit. Now, almost 20 years later, not much has changed, except the cameras are more expensive, the trips have gotten longer and the locations are further and further away. Putting in time with a long list of various brands and serving as Senior Photographer at Transworld Snowboarding Magazine, Andrew found a home at Jones Snowboards working for the past six years as the in- house staff photographer. When Andrew's not traveling, he currently lives in Crowley Lake, California with his beautiful wife and daughter and dogs. He spends most of his time riding and shooting around the Eastern Sierra.
